Nathan Fair | Managing Partner, Sales Manager

Nathan is a Managing Partner at Jonathan Homes overseeing business development and sales. Nathan has worked in real estate for more than 10 years and land development for eight years. Before starting Jonathan Homes with JD Hanson, he also served as an agent for a former St. Paul Saints/Minnesota Twins player, which explains his preference for vacationing in Florida. When Nathan isn’t discovering that next perfect building site, he enjoys a variety of activities such as spending time with family at the lake, watching baseball, playing golf, downhill skiing and playing poker. Nathan, his lovely wife, Marisa, son Ethan and daughter Avery, and their Biewer, Charley, live in Brooklyn Park.

Matt Johnson | Operations Manager, Project Manager

Matt is our operations and project manager. With a degree in both civil engineering and architecture from the University of Minnesota, his skill for great attention to detail is an asset to many areas of our business and most importantly to our clients. In his free time you can find Matt in a stream fly fishing for trout. Matt, his compassionate wife, Amanda and their four children live in Roseville.

Lori Krueger-Kopischke | Controller

Lori joined our team at Jonathan Homes as our controller in January of 2013. She comes to us with 27 years of experience in many facets of the real estate and construction business. Lori’s spare time is spent mostly with her large family. She loves watching sports; whether her kids are playing or the professionals on TV (you can tell she grew up with 3 older brothers). Her favorite quiet time is reading a book while sipping a mocha from Caribou. When her busy life permits, she loves to travel. Her favorite destination to date is Europe.

Renee joined the Jonathan Homes family in 2019. She comes to us with extensive knowledge of the construction business and customer service. Her upbeat personality and great attention to detail make her the perfect candidate to walk you through the build process. When she’s not chasing her three young boys around, you can find her spending time outdoors, baking, or diving into a good book!

John Olson | Field Supervisor

As Field Supervisor, John ensures the smooth and efficient operations of job sites, something that comes naturally with his extensive experience in the construction industry. A 23-year veteran in the field, John started his long, well-rounded career as a laborer, sweeping job site floors and sanding doors. When it comes to skills and experience in the construction trades, you name it he’s done it. From drywall, carpentry, and flooring to masonry work and painting, John’s keen attention to detail and dedication to excellence makes him an invaluable member of the Jonathan Homes team. When he's not on the job, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Crista, and three children.
