We have created an honest buying process by including everything in the turn-key price of each of our homes. Each floorplan has a set price with your choice of a front elevation. Make your selections and walk out the door with the same price we told you up front.

We are a full service builder. From start to finish our expert staff is here to help you. We provide drafting, interior design, a project manager, on-site supervisor, and a warranty manager.

Timeline To Your New Home

Planning & Paperwork

2 Weeks

Work with our sales team to pick your lot, floorplan and front elevation. You can access our BuilderTREND site to follow along with the build process. Only 4 weeks from signing your purchase agreement until we dig your basement!

Drafting & Selections

2 Weeks

House plans will be drafted by our design team. Visit our office to meet with our customer service manager and Interior designer. Making all of your home selections is easy in our Design Center. Your commitment is only half a day.

Construction

120 Days

It's time to sit back and relax! Construction will begin after a building permit is received and you will have a guaranteed closing date once the windows are installed. The project manager and job supervisor will oversee every detail of your home.

Closing & Move In

5 Months Start to Finish

Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your New Home Orientation and walk-through with our job supervisor. They will make sure you know how everything works in your brand new home. You're ready to close and move in.

Warranty

We're Not Going Anywhere

We value our relationships well beyond closing. For your convenience, any warranty claims can be submitted through BuilderTREND. Six week check-up and one-year warranty appointment with our job supervisor.

Stay Involved with Your Build

Follow along with the build process from initial planning through closing and beyond. Track the progress of your home's construction with our project management software. View and approve any change orders and track your payments. See progress photos uploaded for you by our field staff. After closing, use it to submit warranty claims or lookup your bedroom paint color. All of the details of your new home right at your fingertips.
