At Jonathan Homes, the safety and well-being of our customers, employees, and trade partners is our number one priority. Given the fluid situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus), we would like you to be aware of the steps we’re taking to mitigate the spread of the virus and protect the health of everyone in our community. Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health, precautionary steps include:

•Diligent personal hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing
•Thorough and frequent cleaning of our offices and model homes
•Proper social distancing measures, including maintaining the recommended six-foot physical space between individuals and no hand shaking
•Continued monitoring of CDC and MDH guidelines
